stress detail (Stress)
Stress tracks the pressure, fear, strain, and emotional overload
a character is carrying. It can come from combat, supernatural
horror, suppressing the unnatural, and other coded sources.
Stress suppression is the player-facing way to declare an
in-character coping activity that can reduce stress when witnessed.
Usage:
help stress
suppress
suppress <category>=<what you are doing>
Examples:
help stress
suppress light-drinking=leans against the counter and nurses a cold beer, staring at nothing.
Categories:

A second Heavy category in the same day, using a different keyword,
gives +5 additional suppression. Fires once per day. Carries addiction
risk regardless of the individual categories used.
Notes:
- `suppress` with no arguments shows the same category reference in-game.
- You must be in a location to use the command.
- You cannot use `suppress` while you are in active combat.
- If the day is already capped for that tier, the command tells you it adds nothing new.
